Pour a few drops in the water while taking a bath, or use the oil for a massage. Add 3-5 drops to water in an ultrasonic diffuser or directly into a nebulizer or ceramic aromatherapy lamp. To use for a massage, add 3-5 drops of oil to 50 ml of base oil and be sure to check (for example, under the knees) whether this amount of oil causes an allergic reaction. Do not apply undiluted oil directly to the skin.
